Sports AdvantEdge Appleton Opened March 2024. This is the premier performance gym in the fox cities. It is 6,000 sq feet and has our top end sports performance programs. We train athletes from 8 years old and up. All our programs are specialized for the needs of the individual athletes.
We also have adult training that can be scheduled individually or in small groups. We also provide team training as scheduled. Private 1 on 1 training can also be scheduled based on availability.
